When you book a consultation with our expert practitioners, you will receive a thorough and professional assessment in a calm, discreet environment. Your consultation includes an in-depth skin analysis with our modern technology, enabling us to evaluate your skin condition with precision while considering your concerns, medical history, and long-term aesthetic goals. Using this information, we design a personalised treatment plan tailored specifically to you—focused on achieving safe, effective, and naturally balanced results. Skin analysis includes a 360 degree view of your skin including, UV damage, inflammation, congestion with elasticity and hydration level check. Every recommendation is grounded in clinical expertise and delivered with a commitment to excellence, ensuring your treatment journey is both results-driven and reassuringly professional. Consultation fee is not redeemable against treatment booking.
Booking Policy
DEPOSITS are NOT REFUNDABLE. 48 hours notice must be given in order to reschedule your appointment and retain your original deposit. If less than 48 hours notice you will loose your deposit and will be required to place a new deposit for another appointment. If you miss your appointment you may be charged the full treatment price. Please contact us via Text or Telephone on 07304 061 119 if you have an issue with your appointment within less than 48 hours. You may be automatically charged 50% of the treatment session if cancelling within 24 hours (This includes attending the appointment but not having the treatments originally booked). Your anti-wrinkle treatment includes one complimentary review appointment. If our cancellation policy is not followed, any additional review appointment will be charged at £20. If you fail to attend your Prescriber appointment or cancel with 24hrs or less, An additional fee will be added to the next Prescriber appointment.
