Key steps of a HydraFacial: Cleansing & Exfoliation – Removes dead skin cells and surface impurities. Gentle Acid Peel – Loosens debris from pores (usually mild glycolic or salicylic acid). Extraction – Uses suction to remove blackheads, whiteheads, and congestion. Hydration & Infusion – Delivers customized serums (like hyaluronic acid, peptides, and antioxidants) deep into the skin. Booking Policy
DEPOSITS are NOT REFUNDABLE. 48 hours notice must be given in order to reschedule your appointment and retain your original deposit. If less than 48 hours notice you will loose your deposit and will be required to place a new deposit for another appointment. If you miss your appointment you may be charged the full treatment price. Please contact us via Text or Telephone on 07304 061 119 if you have an issue with your appointment within less than 48 hours. You may be automatically charged 50% of the treatment session if cancelling within 24 hours (This includes attending the appointment but not having the treatments originally booked). Your anti-wrinkle treatment includes one complimentary review appointment. If our cancellation policy is not followed, any additional review appointment will be charged at £20. If you fail to attend your Prescriber appointment or cancel with 24hrs or less, An additional fee will be added to the next Prescriber appointment.
