Service Description
Map My Mole is a digital mole and skin-lesion screening service that allows patients to have suspicious moles assessed by UK consultant dermatologists without needing an immediate face-to-face appointment. Using a smartphone app and a dermatoscope attachment, high-quality images of a mole are captured and securely sent for specialist review. Results are typically returned within 24–48 hours as a written report with advice on whether the lesion appears benign or needs further investigation.
Booking Policy
DEPOSITS are NOT REFUNDABLE and must be paid no later than the week before the appointment. 48 hours notice must be given in order to reschedule your appointment and retain your original deposit. If less than 48 hours notice you will loose your deposit and will be required to place a new deposit for another appointment. If you miss your appointment you may be charged the full treatment price. Please contact us via Text or Telephone on 07304 061 119 if you have an issue with your appointment within less than 48 hours. You may be automatically charged 50% of the treatment session if cancelling within 24 hours (This includes attending the appointment but not having the treatments originally booked). Your anti-wrinkle treatment includes one complimentary review appointment. If our cancellation policy is not followed, any additional review appointment will be charged at £20. If you fail to attend your Prescriber appointment or cancel with 24hrs or less, An additional fee will be added to the next Prescriber appointment.
