Service Description
Prescriber clinics MUST BE DONE AT LEAST 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE OF YOUR TREATMENT to enable us to have sufficient time to order in your prescription items. This appointment is separately charged to your treatment. If you require specific branding of toxin please make us aware before our stock order, which is weekly You can combine your antiwrinkle review appointments with visiting the Prescriber for your next toxin treatment to which you have six months to redeem each new prescription With every session of anti wrinkle treatment, you need a new prescription order and consent form completed. We are committed to patient safety and are fully compliant with all regulations
Booking Policy
DEPOSITS are NOT REFUNDABLE and must be paid no later than the week before the appointment. 48 hours notice must be given in order to reschedule your appointment and retain your original deposit. If less than 48 hours notice you will loose your deposit and will be required to place a new deposit for another appointment. If you miss your appointment you may be charged the full treatment price. Please contact us via Text or Telephone on 07304 061 119 if you have an issue with your appointment within less than 48 hours. You may be automatically charged 50% of the treatment session if cancelling within 24 hours (This includes attending the appointment but not having the treatments originally booked). PayLinks must be paid on the same day the booking is made. Failure to make payment on the same day will result in your booking being cancelled. Appointments may be rescheduled up to three times. However, the original deposit remains valid for a maximum of six months from the date of payment. If you schedule your appointment more than six months after the original deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure the booking. Your anti-wrinkle treatment includes one complimentary review appointment. If our cancellation policy is not followed, any additional review appointment will be charged at £20. If you fail to attend your Prescriber appointment or cancel with 24hrs or less, An additional fee will be added to the next Prescriber appointment.
