Children Under 18 Years of Age Not suitable for minors, as enamel and gums are still developing. People with Gum Disease or Oral Infections Whitening can irritate inflamed or infected gums and worsen existing conditions. People with Tooth Decay, Cavities, or Exposed Roots Whitening gel may penetrate compromised enamel and cause pain or damage. Those Allergic to Peroxide or Any Ingredients in the Gel Common ingredients like hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide can cause allergic reactions. Individuals with Braces, Retainers, or Orthodontic Appliances Whitening will not be uniform and may damage some dental hardware. People Who’ve Had Recent Dental Work (Fillings, Crowns, Veneers, etc.) These materials do not whiten, leading to uneven results. Individuals with Cracked or Exposed Dentin Whitening gel may seep into cracks and cause sharp pain or irritation. Those Who’ve Experienced Sensitivity or Burns from Whitening in the Past Risk of recurrence or worsening of symptoms. Anyone Who Hasn't Seen a Dentist in the Last 6–12 Months A check-up is recommended to ensure your teeth and gums are healthy enough for whitening. If your teeth become too sensitised during the whitening process and you cannot complete the 3 x 15 minute session then you are not eligible for a refund or discount.

By using the Self Service NaturaWhite teeth whitening station, you agree to the following: Age & Health You must be 18 or over. Do not use if pregnant, breastfeeding, have gum disease, open sores, or recent dental work (within 4 weeks). Not suitable if allergic to peroxide. Cosmetic Use Only This is a cosmetic treatment, not a dental or medical procedure. It doesn’t replace dental care. Results vary — no guarantee of whitening level. Your Responsibility This is self-service. Follow all instructions. Use equipment as directed. You use it at your own risk. Safety & Liability We are not responsible for side effects, tooth sensitivity, or damage to dental work. Consult your dentist if unsure. Refunds & Faults No refunds once the session starts. Report any faults before starting. Equipment Use Use equipment carefully. Damage from misuse may result in repair charges. Your Consent By using this service, you confirm you understand and accept these terms and risks. Important Safety Warning – Naturawhite Teeth Whitening Naturawhite is a cosmetic whitening system. When used correctly, it is safe and non-invasive. Incorrect use may cause mild burns or irritation to the gums or lips. To avoid this: Keep gel off gums and lips – apply only to the front of teeth. Do not exceed the recommended time or gel amount. Stop use if you feel burning or stinging; rinse with cool water. Do not use if you have mouth sores or are allergic to peroxide. If irritation occurs: Rinse with water. Avoid hot or spicy foods for 24 hours. Use aloe vera or a soothing oral gel. Disclaimer: This is a cosmetic product, not a dental treatment. Results vary. Follow instructions. Ask a dentist if unsure. DEPOSITS are NOT REFUNDABLE. 48 hours notice must be given in order to reschedule your appointment and retain your original deposit. If less than 48 hours notice you will loose your deposit and will be required to place a new deposit for another appointment. If you miss your appointment you will be charged the full treatment price. Please contact us via Text or Telephone on 07304061119 if you have an issue with you appointment within less than 48 hours. You may be automatically be charged 50% of the treatment session if cancelling within 24 hours.
