When trying to reschedule your appointments you will need to log in with the correct email address you used to create the appointment.
You may receive emails which may be in your junk mail.
Please do not cancel your appointment if you are trying to reschedule and also do not create a new appointment.
If you are asked for a deposit you are creating a new appointment and not rescheduling your current appointment.
